This handsome 18th-century English Mahogany Bureau Bookcase is a striking example of Georgian craftsmanship, featuring a warm, richly grained mahogany. It contains upper cabinets with adjustable shelving and dentil-carved cornice. The bottom section opens to reveal a slant-front desk with pigeonholes and small drawers, while underneath are additional drawers with brass pulls for ample storage. The piece stands on classic bracket feet and uses dovetailed joinery. It would be a great statement piece in a living space or office, whether used for the desk or just for display and storage.
