Born in St. Petersburg in 1940 Kozlov attended the prestigious Repin Art Institute in St. Petersburg and in 1975 became a member of the Russian Union of Artists. His distinguished career is marked with many successful exhibitions throughout Europe, Asia and the USA. Purchased at the Cheremeteff Gallery in Boston.
