George III Secretaire Bookcase, crafted in 1790 out of richly figured mahogany. The upper cabinet features delicate Gothic-arched glazing over original glass panels, perfect for showcasing silver, books or any decorative objects. Below, the secretaire drawer features a leather-lined writing surface as well as pigeonholes and small drawers for smaller storage, while below are three additional drawers for additional storage - a stunning piece for a study, living room or library.
The original key adorned with a tassel is functional for the upper cabinet.
