19th Century Large Oak Buffet With Plate Rack (c. 1850). Features 3 functional top drawers + two outside cabinets. Cabinets have been fitted with modern magnets to help keep doors closed when not in use. Bottom, middle 3 drawers are false, as the cabinets open to feature one large cavity under the base cabinet. Raised panel sides and incredible patina with honey colored oak.
Top rack has an indigo painted backing and can be removed and piece can function as a lovely buffet or console. Two ridges along the back of the piece would be present.
